Jemma joined Who Cares? Scotland in 2016 and spent three and a half years working as an advocacy and participation worker before joining the Training and Education team in August 2019. Through her advocacy and participation role Jemma worked first hand with Care Experienced people to promote their voice and exercise their rights. Jemma now works with Corporate Parents to deliver informative, engaging training sessions to ensure that the lived experience of Who Cares? Scotland members are heard, and inform policy and practice.
Jemma previously worked in residential child care and gained a degree in Social work before joining Who Cares? Scotland.
